Garnet Yam Hummus

Garnet Yam Hummus

15 oz can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
1 cup cooked sweet potato or butternut squash
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 Tblsp Lime Juice
3 Tblsp Tahini or more as needed to taste
1/2 cup sweet red pepper, chopped
2 large cloves garlic, chopped
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp chipotle chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
water

Combine all ingredients in a food processor, blend until smooth. Add water as needed. 
Store in frig.

TIP: warming chickpeas (or any beans) before chopping makes the job much easier!
